Photocopy the drawings of the ply and Liteply formers. Use rubber cement to glue the copy to the wood and cut out with a craft knife and saw where necessary.

SkyBug boom is glued (PVA) into the former, the assembly is aligned vertically over the top view drawing using set squares to ensure a straight fuselage to boom joint.

SkyBug fuselage covered with heatshrink film over the bare wood. Cockpit edges and motor mount have been painted with black acrylic paint. Dowels and flying wire brace are put in place after covering. The boom is simply doped.
